 This project is a result of a research showing that property buyers and owners at the Adriatic do not have an offer that would assure the maintenance and management of their properties, which means, a service enabling the owners to enjoy their property knowing it is managed and protected for a very fair compensation. Usually the property owners turn to their neighbours and ask them to check their properties when they are away, or they close direct deals for each service individually, which in the end only results in lots of effort, money and great time consumption.
We on the other hand, offer through our service packages or individual services the solution to any situation that may emerge for a property owner using his property only for a brief period of time.
