1. PACKAGE «A»
PRICE:
Surface of up to 70m2 -295€/annually +
Surface over 70m2 -295€ plus 2€/m2 + for each square meter exceeding 70 m2
VAT of 22% is charged on the above prices.
2. PACKAGE «B»
PRICE:
Surface of up to 70m2 -460€/annually +
Surface over 70m2 -460€ plus 2€/m2 + for each square meter exceeding 70 m2
VAT of 22% is charged on the above prices.
3. INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
Individual services are for instance:
- Consulting in regard of choice of physician, lawyer, legal consultant, architect, financial advisor, contacts with
local authorities ;
- Arranging meetings at the authorities under item 1;
- Services directly linked to the property maintenance – small repairs;
- Cleaning the property, laundry washing;
- Delivering the key to the property;
- Physical inspection of the property when you demand;
- Minor repairs of appliances, electric and water installations;
- Craftsmen works – carpenter, ceramic, masons, painting , etc.;
- Consulting services regarding choice of construction materials;
- Mediation with taxi and rent a car agencies;
- Services of company incorporation;
- Welcome package
